Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item, you have 7 days from date of delivery to contact us. We do not pay return delivery costs and it is up to you to return the goods with all the contents and instructions in a re-saleable condition.

Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged.

We recommend you send the goods by a tracked delivery method and we accept no liability for goods sent by you but not received by us. Please include a note of your order number and invoice number.

If you are swapping a product for an item of greater value, we will charge the difference to the original method that was used to purchase the item(s), unless you advise us otherwise.
